Living room/fitted kitchen area, single sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single beds), shower room, WC. Cot on request. Central heating (fixed charge: 60€/week). Shared terrace (separated into 2 parts), shared garden. Large shops 15km. Swimming in lakes and Loire Gorges. Mountain bike trails. Only one pet allowed.
